The green LED light on the left shows that the device is connected to power, the green LED in the middle shows GPS positioning, and the green LED on the right shows 4G and system connectivity.
All three LEDs flash at least once every 30 seconds indicating the most recent status.
If there’s an issue, the LEDs will display different colors (e.g., blue, red or purple), which helps us diagnose the problem. Always check the lights and note the colors from left to right when contacting support.
